We had a great stay in this hotel. The hotel facilities were amazing, with a gym, bar, restaurant and pool. The cleanliness of the air-conditioned rooms was also impressive, providing us with comfortable beds and showers. We appreciated the 24-hour service station that sold snacks and liquor only a block away. Additionally, the Continental breakfast was good, with a variety of choices each day. The staff was friendly and attentive, always meeting our needs. The hotel's central location close to main avenues was convenient as well.

The location of the hotel is definitely a plus, being close to main avenues and bus stations, which makes it easy to get around Chiclayo. it's just near many important archeological sites, making it an ideal choice for sightseeing.

Noise levels can be a concern, especially at night. the presence of music in the bar and casino open to the pool can be disruptive for some guests, who may have trouble sleeping.

Our city break was made more memorable by the great service and amenities offered by this hotel. One of the best aspects of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered plenty of variety and scrumptious options to start our day. Another thing we loved about this hotel was its superb location in the heart of the city but also nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We had easy access to most places in the city without having to deal with the constant bustle from street traffic. We also enjoyed the secure car parking, which gave us peace of mind that our vehicle was safe and sound.

We did face some minor inconveniences during our stay. We found out that the hot water did not work properly at first, but this was fixed swiftly once we reported it.

The noise levels were pretty intolerable at times, especially during the night. Poor sound insulation and loud partying noise from the bars and clubs nearby kept us up.

During our stay at Winmeier Hotel, we had a minor issue with the hot water. However, the hotel promptly sent up a repairman who fixed the problem, and we were able to enjoy nice, hot showers afterwards. Despite this small inconvenience, the overall experience was positive. The hotel's location was great, allowing us to easily explore Chiclayo. The staff were kind and very helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The highlight was definitely the excellent breakfast buffet, providing a variety of delicious options to start our day. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Chiclayo.
